Results to be achieved:

A secure, people-centred framework, using the HERA Labs methodology, that enables women to assess their skills and develop career paths to improve their lifelong learning competencies.

Employment and entrepreneurship ecosystems, in collaboration with public and private actors, to empower women in their career transitions and prepare them for jobs in sectors with skills shortages.

Learning to learn (L2L) material focused on women over 45.

HERA Community Portal, an AI-based online platform that will offer women aged 45+ a personalised skills assessment, career guidance and access to lifelong learning opportunities.
