Vacuum casting technology
A technology consisting of the repeated reproduction of real parts using silicone moulds.
Copies are obtained using a rigid resin, which is a quite strong material that can be machined for multiple purposes, such as making threads, assembling with other parts, testing for strength, humidity, moisture or corrosion.

It allows the exact reproduction of end-use products at a very low price. In the design and development phase, it is really useful to avoid unnecessary costs.

The mould pre-definition and cost reduction in the design and development phase, as all necessary modifications can be made prior to manufacture, resulting in reduced cost.

Reproductions or copies. Silicone moulds can also be provided if required.
