The HABITABLE project launches its 8th Newsletter: New tools for a more inclusive and digital housing sector

Esta nueva edición de la newsletter del proyecto trae consigo grandes novedades e incluye los aspectos en los que trabajará el consorcio en 2026

The European HABITABLE project, in which CETEM is actively involved, continues its mission to transform the housing sector in Europe into a more sustainable ecosystem. This initiative, funded by the ERASMUS+ programme, has published its eighth newsletter highlighting important advances in digital training, ecological transition and social inclusion.

One of the main milestones of this period is the launch of WBL for ALL Space, a multilingual digital platform designed to promote equity in work-based learning. This space offers two key resources:

  • Good Practice Bank: A repository of successful projects that demonstrate how to create non-discriminatory and gender-equal learning environments.
  • Recommendations for the Habitat Ecosystem: A practical guide for companies and vocational training centres that wish to design training programmes accessible to people with special needs or fewer opportunities.

What can we expect from HABITABLE in 2026? The project faces a decisive year with the development of cutting-edge technological tools that will be launched in the coming months:

  1. Digital Database of Innovative CVs (April 2026): A search engine for emerging technical skills focused on digitalisation and sustainability.
  2. Career Guidance Manual: A resource to guide professionals and students towards new occupations in the ‘green’ sector.
  3. SME Support Programme (May 2026): Designed specifically to help small businesses organise high-quality dual training programmes.
  4. SMART Guidance Assistant: An Artificial Intelligence-based tool that will offer personalised advice by analysing each user’s profile and skills.

In addition to these resources, HABITABLE is already working on MOOC courses on Extended Reality and digital skills, as well as on the Micro-credential Certification Centre (MIC), which will enable the validation of short-term learning experiences.

Discover all this and much more by accessing the HABITABLE project newsletter.
