Second national consultation workshop on micro-credentials and green competences in the framework of the MASTERY project
Workshop in Murcia promoted by AMUEBLA and CETEM brings together educational and regional development experts to discuss the role of micro-credentials in fostering green skills in key sectors.

Second national consultation workshop on micro-credentials and green skills in the framework of the MASTERY projectOn 4 June, the Centro Tecnológico del Mueble y la Madera (CETEM) attended in Murcia the second session of the consultation workshop with key stakeholders in education and regional development in the framework of the European project ‘Micro-credentials and green skills in the framework of the MASTERY project MASTERY.
The conference brought together representatives of the two public universities of the Region of Murcia, vocational training authorities, teachers and members of the regional economic development agency. The aim of the meeting was to analyse the role of micro-credentials as a tool to boost green skills in strategic sectors such as manufacturing, construction or habitat.
During the session, participants discussed the policy methodology proposed by the MASTERY project, providing suggestions and recommendations for its adaptation and implementation at regional level.
Among the main conclusions of the workshop were the following:

These types of meetings help to strengthen the dialogue between the different levels of the education system and the business fabric, moving towards a more inclusive and effective green transition that is aligned with the real needs of the labour market.
