The objective of the project is to support people with disabilities so that they can participate in working life with equality, especially within the furniture and wood sector.

Expected results:

Analyze the specific skills, knowledge and abilities that are necessary in jobs dedicated to furniture.

Analyze the skills and competencies of twenty groups of people with disabilities in order to identify potential imbalances that may exist for their incorporation into working life.

Develop training courses designed especially for the acquisition of skills, knowledge and competencies that contribute to the hiring of people with disabilities within the furniture and wood labor market.
