Expected results:
Promotion of professional, personal, and digital skills among trainers and vocational education teachers and the manufacturing sector both young and senior workers with the focus on the Pillars: Manufacturing, deep tech solutions, robotics, artificial intelligence, and sustainability. All planned teaching and training scenarios are based on practical professional requirements from EU real-world manufacturing factories.
Inclusion of modern technologies in practical training in manufacturing – separate or combined use of Robotics, and artificial intelligence as well as deep tech solutions and learning videos for the DRUMS targets.
Structured qualification of up to 12 teachers and training in VET in manufacturing. The tailor-made teaching and 5 learning scenarios enriched with e-learning resources, interactive videos, and Android/iOS apps, to enable a learning-oriented use in practical training. This supports the institutions involved in digital transformation efforts. In this way, the experience can be extended to other sectors within and outside the project organisations to develop, test and evaluate digitally supported teaching and learning scenarios.
Guarantee the impact and sustainability of the project results to ensure continued interest in the results. In addition, the project website will be responsible for supporting the promotion of the results, together with the e-learning platform and the Android/iOS applications.
