Results to be achieved
Digital recreations of artisanal actions and processes, covering eight representative sectors of artisanal products: glass, porcelain, pottery, marble, wood carving in Yecla, silver, Aubusson tapestry, and cotton fabrics.
Digital educational experiences that complement conventional craft education, through immersive vocational training systems specific to each craft with haptic interaction for tactile detection and performance.
Computer-aided digital design and manufacturing tools to conserve resources at risk in artisanal processes.
Educational programs supported by co-design and the adoption of digital aids in the transmission of knowledge and the training of digital design and manufacturing skills, across the full range of materials and forms of formal and informal learning.
Use technology to link individual artisanal products with unique identifiers so that they can be associated with digital content, certificates, and applications available online, either through their appearance or by embedding visual codes in their design.
RESULTS
Virtual Museum of Yecla Furniture and Woodcarving
Explore the art and tradition of furniture making and wood carving in Yecla from anywhere.
The Virtual Furniture Museum of Yecla brings together historical heritage and interactive resources to understand the evolution of an industry that is essential to the region.
Introductory Training Course in Wood Carving
The course combines theoretical content with video demonstrations and practical activities, promoting progressive and well-rounded learning. By the end of the training, participants will have acquired the fundamental skills needed to begin wood carving and to continue refining their technique independently.
