The ECOBOOST project holds its third face-to-face meeting to advance the validation of its training tools

The ECOBOOST project is holding its third face-to-face meeting to evaluate the bootcamps held and improve its training tools with the support of experts.

Last week took place the third face-to-face meeting of the European project ECOBOOST, an initiative that promotes the development of green competences and soft skills in Vocational Training for unemployed and low-skilled people.

The meeting, held with the participation of consortium partners from Bulgaria, Germany, Austria and Italy, focused on the evaluation of the bootcamps held recently in each of the participating countries. These intensive training sessions have served as a pilot phase to test two of the main outputs of the project: the Green Skills Toolkit and the Train the Trainer Handbook.

During the meeting, the experiences and evaluations of the trainers and participants in the bootcamps were analysed, as well as the contributions of each country’s advisory board, made up of experts in training, sustainability and employability. This valuable feedback will help to improve and perfect the materials developed, guaranteeing training that is better adapted to the real needs of the green labour market.

ECOBOOST thus continues its roadmap towards a more sustainable, inclusive and effective VET, aligned with the objectives of the ecological transition in Europe.
