CETEM participates in MeeTechSpain 2025 and moderates a round table on cooperation in R&D&I
CETEM participates in MeeTechSpain 2025. The forum has enabled new synergies to be generated and the centre’s strategic lines of research to be presented.

This week, CETEM participated in MeeTechSpain 2025, the leading forum that brings together technology centres, companies, and agents from the innovation ecosystem to promote applied research and its economic and social impact.
In this edition, Director José Francisco Puche moderated the panel entitled ‘Cooperation in R&D&I: the success of a proven model that improves technological competitiveness’. This session highlighted that, according to various reports by Fedit and other representative entities, cooperation in innovation is one of the main tools for strengthening industrial competitiveness, increasing private investment in R&D&I and encouraging a greater number of companies to commit to innovation in Spain. The aim of the round table was to raise awareness and disseminate existing models and formulas for promoting this strategic collaboration.
CETEM’s presence at MeeTechSpain 2025 has enabled it to establish new synergies with other key players in the sector and to present the new lines of research on which the centre is working, particularly those linked to digitalisation, sustainability and advanced technologies applied to the built environment.
MeeTechSpain continues to consolidate its position as an essential space for strengthening the connection between science, industry and technology, and CETEM reaffirms its commitment to advancing applied innovation in the business world.
