Advanced Protection and Monitoring System for Health and Sports Performance, with Scientific Validation of Head Impacts in Football.Develop and scientifically validate a comprehensive protection and monitoring system to improve athletes' health, safety and performance. Based on OPTIBAND, a protective band with an inertial unit to assess impacts, SAVE will add new health and activity metrics, optimising its overall efficiency. In addition, it will develop a software ecosystem consisting of a mobile application, cloud platform and social network, which will allow athletes and coaches to view and analyse the information collected and processed, make decisions after impacts, optimise performance, and boost motivation through gamification and interactions with their community.
