GIST

The aim of the project is to develop innovative training material to provide core competences to companies through three strands: providing them with technical competences related to the Essential Enabling Technologies of Industry 4.0; soft and transversal competences that foster creativity, innovation and communication and, finally, open leadership competences with commitment towards the company (results), employees (fostering talent) and society (for a better world).

Expected results:

Definition of the training pathway comprising a key study based on current knowledge, competences and qualifications in digital transformation material and a Joint Curriculum to define the necessary learning outcomes and methodology to cover the analysed gaps.

Development of training content addressing the following topics: I) Introduction to digital transformation; II) Industry 4.0 Essential Enabling Technologies for the bionic transformation of SMEs; III) Cross-cutting skills for the bionic transformation of SMEs; IV) Leadership skills for the bionic transformation of SMEs.

Development of a collaborative platform where all the developed contents will be integrated and a pilot will be carried out, where users will manage, test and evaluate the training contents.
