The main objective of the project is the re-qualification of adults over 45 years of age in order to create a skilled and resilient workforce that, through innovation, creativity and cooperation, can survive in today's globalised and volatile world.

Expected results:

A curriculum for the preparation of adults over 45 years of age that will have components related to creativity and innovation.

PRIORITY 45 training course adapted to the European Qualifications Framework and available on an e-learning platform.

A Digital Discovery Tour to expand the current and future education of adults over 45.

A Blueprint document and a Sustainability Plan.

Other intangible results such as the improvement of the Adult Education system or the contribution to the digital transformation of learning are expected.”
