MASTERY defines the thematic focus of its 12 micro-credentials of green competences
MASTERY celebrates a key milestone by defining the thematic focus of the 12 green micro-credentials it will develop.
After several months of intensive work, the MASTERY project celebrates a key milestone by defining the thematic focus of the 12 micro-credentials of green skills it will develop. This breakthrough has been made possible through an in-depth study of the ESE framework, analysis of official European Commission documents and rigorous research involving surveys, workshops and direct interviews with key stakeholders.
These competences will be at the core of MASTERY’s micro-credential courses, designed to meet today’s vocational education and training needs. With a focus on rapidly developing knowledge and labour market demands, these micro-credentials will support the green transition, aligning with the dual transition paradigm: digital and sustainable.
This achievement underlines MASTERY’s commitment to creating innovative training tools that strengthen green skills in key sectors such as agri-food, construction, wood/furniture and manufacturing. The project continues to move forward to equip professionals with the skills needed to lead the transition to a more sustainable and inclusive economy.
