IN4WOOD
The aim of the project is to develop a training pathway adapted to the demands of the growing Industry 4.0 in e-commerce, robotics, 3D printing, RFID sensors, product modelling and simulation, cybersecurity, internet of things and advanced management systems.

Expected results:
To empower factory production managers and directors in the sector with the right skills to lead the digitisation of factories and turn them into factories of the future and thus improve the conditions for the creation of quality jobs. This will be done by promoting better anticipation of ICT needs and developing a better match between skills and labour market needs.
To develop a comprehensive training guide for the implementation and management of factories of the future by dividing the main areas of knowledge into some 300 three-minute audio-visual pills together with motivational techniques for the full completion of the course.
