Service – Product Engineering

Additive manufacturing

Additive manufacturing or 3D printing is used to obtain objects (real parts) from a 3D virtual design. With this service, physical prototypes are provided in a reduced time and at any scale. At CETEM, there are several 3D printers using different technologies that produce parts in a range of materials.

The results obtained allow procedures such as product verification, validation, testing and promotion. However, these results will not serve as end-use products.
