  More information

Expected results:

1

Advanced knowledge about microencapsulation technology and definition of the microcapsules of interest for the development of materials with improved and/or novel properties for application in the furniture and/or rest sector.

2

Knowledge about the different possible methodologies for incorporating microencapsulation technology in materials with application in the furniture sector to be studied: boards, varnishes, flexible polyurethane foams, etc.

3

Determination of the most optimal method of action of the capsules in each case for the effective release of the encapsulated agent.

4

Knowledge of the effect of the various types of microcapsules on the different materials obtained by determining the innovative properties of said materials for application in the furniture sector.

5

Promotion of the use of innovative technologies to obtain more sustainable materials and/or with advanced properties with application in the furniture sector or the rest sector.
