What is CirCLER?
CirCLER will develop new curricula for the CETM (EQF4, 5, 6) covering the current green, digital and transversal skills gaps, taking into account the policies and principles of EU Vocational Training and Higher Education (ECTS, EQF, EQAVET). It will create an innovative training toolkit including various multimedia and interactive materials and tools, enabling VET providers and EU Higher Education Institutions to train professionals to successfully lead this transition along the entire value chain of the furniture sector.
The work-based training toolkit will be available in 7 EU languages and will target learners and workers through customisable training pathways adaptable to the specific needs of Skills, Knowledge and Competences (SKCs). It will be tested in a pilot course by 400 students, validated by stakeholders and recognised within and outside the consortium thanks to the signature of MoUs (Memoranda of Understanding). CirCLER will also identify the ESCO profiles affected by the new CETM tasks.
