In a continuous effort to raise the standards in the provision of training services, CETEM has renewed its commitment to quality by receiving the recertification of the Training Quality Management System in accordance with the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 Standard.
This recertification reflects CETEM’s strong commitment to continuous improvement. A quality management system has been developed that covers all aspects of subsidised training, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency in achieving organisational objectives.
The achievement of this certification is based on several fundamental pillars:
- Total commitment of the training staff, who receive the necessary training to perform their duties effectively, fostering a collaborative working environment and continuous improvement.
- Dissemination of the organisation’s values to all stakeholders, promoting an environment conducive to the commitment and full involvement of staff in achieving the objectives.
- Strict compliance with legislation related to training services, as well as the promotion of compliance with quality standards among suppliers and subcontractors.
- Allocation of adequate resources to maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System.
- Administration of training through a process-based system, seeking effectiveness and efficiency in meeting established goals through periodic reviews.
