Working Tri21 Project (Completed)

The aim of the project is the social inclusion of people with disabilities, through job inclusion. by developing training courses designed to acquire skills, knowledge and competences to recruit the people with some disability into the furniture workforce.

Expected results:

• Analyze the skills and knowledge that are needed in jobs dedicated to furniture.
• Analyze the skills and competencies of a dozen groups of people with disabilities to identify potential mismatches that may exist for incorporation into working life.
• Develop training courses designed especially for the acquisition of skills, knowledge and competencies that contribute to the recruitment of people with disabilities in the labor market and the wood and furniture industry
