This project is aimed at the preparation of the PSAP in Member States for the deployment of eCall based on 112 as reference implementations. It addresses explicitly the PSAP element of the eCall roll-out and will enable the PSAP to install hardware and software solutions that fit the necessary requirements within each Member State.

Expected results:

• Prepare the necessary PSAP infrastructure to realise Pan-European eCall

• Boost Member States investment in the PSAP infrastructure and interoperability of the service within the roadmap (by the end of 2017)

• Prepare for deployment for eCall for HGV and dangerous goods and long distance coaches, as well as powered two wheeled vehicles
